Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

At Retreat Beauty Studio, we value your time just as much as we value ours. We understand that life happens, schedules change, and unexpected circumstances arise. We always strive to approach these situations with kindness, understanding, and professionalism.
 

Independent Stylist Policies:
 

Each stylist at Retreat Beauty Studio operates independently and manages their own scheduling, cancellation policies, fees, and booking preferences. We kindly encourage all guests to familiarize themselves with their stylist’s individual policies before booking.

Appointment Confirmations:

As a courtesy, appointment reminders and confirmation requests are sent via text. If an appointment has not been confirmed, your stylist may personally reach out to verify your attendance.
 

Please note that an unconfirmed appointment is not automatically canceled. If you need to make changes, we kindly ask that you communicate directly with your stylist.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

We understand that unexpected situations happen! However, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments impact our stylists, who reserve that time specifically for you.
