Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we completely understand. However, to ensure that we can provide the best possible scheduling options for all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can cancel by contacting your stylist directly through a text message.

 

If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, a fee of $45 per service booked will apply.

Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your hair after your visit, please inform your stylist within 7 days. We are more than happy to correct any concerns at no additional charge if notified within this time frame. For color services, it's important to follow the provided at-home care instructions to be eligible for complimentary adjustments.

Late Arrivals
We understand that sometimes delays are unavoidable. If you find yourself running late, please reach out to your stylist by calling them directly as soon as possible. Likewise, your stylist will notify you if they are running behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to ensure that other clients aren't affected.
